I think women have decisions in 2017 and should gown anyway they wish to. Women have adequate suppression without inflicting a costume code on them... Why are women remaining stripped in their outfits?   The small skirts are bad sufficient, but this cold shoulder point is de facto getting out of hand.  Add high spiked 4 inch heels and you have a
